Clearwater, Florida (Ticker)-The Coast Guard searches for Gulf of Mexico for a fishing boat with two NFL players on board. According to ABC News affiliate Clearwater action, a fishing boat 21 foot left the area at 6:30 Saturday morning and did not return as scheduled later in the day. Citing a call from the Coast Guard operations, television station said two passengers are the Detroit Lions defensive end Corey Smith and the Oakland Raiders linebacker Marquis Cooper. The ship, which had four people on board disappeared at 1:30 am Authorities said the Gulf was "extremely volatile" and believe that the ship is in danger. "lets all hope that these 2 guys are ok!
